What is a hand-stretched noodle?
In contrast to machine-stretched noodles, every strand of hand-stretched noodle is stretched out by hands after being fermented 8 times. There is no trace of smell of flour and is smooth and elastic when eaten. In addition, it uses especial mixture of flour which has a high concentration of protein and is suitable for both meal and snack because it is easily digested as it has gone through enough fermentation process.
